What Youll Do: Promote Safety:

Prioritize safety for yourself and others, following MSHA and Vulcan standards. Operate Equipment:

Drive ready-mix trucks according to regulations, receive loads, evaluate slump, and deliver to sites. Maneuver trucks, attach chutes, and clean equipment to prevent concrete buildup. Inspect and Maintain Equipment:

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, complete reports, and clean vehicles and chutes. Document and Record Information:

Fill out all necessary forms, tickets, and reports accurately. Coordinate with Dispatch:

Work with dispatch, maintenance, and management to ensure smooth operations and good customer service. Perform Physical Activities:

Engage in activities such as cleaning, climbing ladders, hanging chutes, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Additional Responsibilities:

Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements

Skills Youll Need: Ready to Drive:

Valid commercial drivers license and DOT physical or ability to obtain one. Knowledge of Best Practices:

Familiarity with operating and servicing ready-mix trucks and understanding of DOT regulations is preferred. Flexibility:

Willingness to work overtime, extended hours, and outside in all weather conditions. Ability to tolerate loud noises. Customer Focus:

Ability to manage customer relationships professionally during transportation and at job sites. Clean Driving Record:

Safe driving history and ability to operate equipment safely.
