Senior .NET Software Engineer

The position allows for mostly remote work with occasional in-person meetings (ramp-up + one day a month). Candidates should reside within 12 hours of Chattanooga; Atlanta is acceptable. Salary: $150,000 - $160,000/year plus bonus W2 employment is offered. Qualified candidates must be willing to work on a W-2 basis. W2 employees who are regularly scheduled to work 30+ hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time where required by law. Responsibilities
Architect, design, develop, and deploy software solutions across various products Engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle in an agile environment Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements into actionable tasks Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team Mentor junior developers and support team growth and learning Experience Requirements
Extensive experience in software development with modern programming languages Strong foundation in C# .NET/.NET Core and Angular Experience running production systems at scale in Microsoft Azure Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps methodologies, and test automation Proven ability to design and build REST APIs Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes Proficient with version control systems, especially GitHub Understanding of agile methodologies and micro-SPA frontend architecture Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Preferred Skills
Experience in building and scaling multi-channel CPaaS/messaging platforms (SMS, MMS, RCS, WhatsApp, Voice, and Email) Experience working in a diverse, international team Additional Information
