This facility features 6 anesthetizing locations, with an annual volume of about 5,200 cases. Case complexity includes general, regional, neuraxial techniques, and acute pain management across a broad mix of services including orthopedics, general surgery, GI, vascular, thoracic, urology, ENT, ophthalmology, plastics, and endoscopy. Beeper call from home is shared among the team. Great working relationships with surgeons and hospital staff. Competitive compensation with an estimated salary range of $500,000 $550,000 annually. Provide clinical expertise and administrative leadership to the anesthesiology team (anesthesiologists and CRNAs). Drive best practices, foster professional growth, and strengthen the culture of excellence within the department. Oversee daily operations, staffing, and performance to ensure high-quality patient care. Collaborate with surgeons and hospital leadership to maintain a positive working environment. Qualifications
