American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is hiring for a part-time Merchandise Leader responsible for supporting the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering AEO Brand Visual Standards, executing Floorsets, merchandising updates, and replenishment to keep the store guest-ready. The role emphasizes attention to detail, passion for visual standards, and collaboration with the team to get the job done while upholding company values. Responsibilities Support driving an outstanding guest experience by ensuring the store represents AEO Brand Standards in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader. Lead Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store meet Floorset standards (uppers, bustforms, tables, wardrobers). Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment; identify merchandising opportunities and collaborate with leadership to plan and take action. Promote a teamwork mentality; help the team maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment to keep the store looking fresh. Prioritize guest experience as the merchandising teams top focus; foster a culture of recognition and celebrate wins with the team. Maintain store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom; support shrink-reducing strategies and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.

Pay and Benefits
Base pay range: $19.10/yr - $25.80/yr Actual starting pay is determined by factors including experience and location. Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible for paid sick leave; additional REAL rewards may be provided at discretion. Paid Time Off, paid sick leave, and holiday pay vary by job level, location, classification, and years of service.
