As Recruiting Specialist & Partner, you wont just manage a hiring pipelineyoull be a strategic context engineer, designing and orchestrating the very systems that define our talent journey. Your Mission: Architect the Human-Centric Talent Machine Were not looking for a recruiter to follow a playbook. Were looking for a first-principles thinker to invent one. Youll operate at the intersection of: System Orchestration:

Meticulously managing the interview process to ensure a transparent, principled, and human-centric experience for every applicant. Context Engineering:

Codifying our recruiting philosophy and principles into a repeatable, scalable framework for the entire team. Strategic Leverage:

Handling all administrative functions with precision, enabling leadership to focus on high-conviction assessments.

and transform it into a seamless, respectful reality. How Youll Operate & Build

At Demand.io, documentation is the work. Your impact scales by encoding recruiting context into AIOS so humans and AI can execute with leverage. Architect Grounding Files:

Engineer recruiting knowledge into structured blueprintsrefining role templates, intake questions, and candidate scoring frameworks. Orchestrate AI Systems:

Use AI to generate, test, and refine candidate communications and outreachyoure the conductor, AI is the orchestra. Manage the Pipeline:

Own all administrative workflows, ensuring the ATS is immaculate with up-to-date notes and statuses. Compound the OS:

Every system you ship makes our operating system smarter and more capable for everyone.

What Were Looking For Archetype:

A recruiter who thinks like a system architect, not just an administrator. Key Attributes: Proven experience managing high-volume interview pipelines in an early-stage, high-growth startup. First-principles thinker who questions defaults and invents new patterns. High empathy, exceptional organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail. High IQ, high agency, and an extreme ownership mindset. Comfort operating in a radically autonomous, approval-free environment.

Ideal Backgrounds & Trajectories: Recruiting coordinator or specialist at an early-stage company ( Systems-minded operator who evolved into recruiting. Builder who thrives in lean, high-velocity environments.

Compensation & Partnership First-Year Cash Comp:

$120,000 $160,000 base. Profit-Sharing Bonus (PSB):

Monthly, revenue-tied bonus; +30100% uplift typical; top partners achieve seven-figure outcomes. Equity:

Significant grant vesting over 4 years; long-term ownership in the backbone you build.
