We are a community-based social services organization operating the Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) Ancillary Services program in Milwaukee County. The Rehabilitation and Support Specialist provides individual skill development and rehabilitation services, including meetings and structured activities that build skills such as community integration, housing assistance, money management, social skills, or crisis intervention. Part-time to start, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role. This is a great fit for experienced professionals seeking part-time hours or recent graduates transitioning into human services/mental health. Responsibilities Analyze the client's capabilities, strengths, and problems to determine the services required to meet their unique needs. Implement, evaluate, and review Recovery Plan of Care goals in collaboration with team members, other providers, and natural supports. Advocate for the consumer in the community and as part of their recovery team. Attend recovery team meetings as needed. Prepare units, monthly reports, and discharge summaries. Organize and facilitate individual meetings and structured rehabilitation activities to develop pro-social skills and connections. Safely transport clients as needed.

Location

PSG West Allis office. Local travel may be required to work with clients in homes or community spaces, with mileage reimbursement. Flexible hybrid/work-from-home options available when on-site meetings are not scheduled. Schedule

Part-time leading to full-time. Hours vary, typically during business hours MondayFriday between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Why work with PSG/CIP?

Salary

$21.00 $23.00 per hour Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or related field. Reliable daily transportation, valid driver's license, and automobile insurance. Previous experience working with at-risk populations is preferred.
