The Role
As our Commercial Director for North America, you will be the driving force behind regional commercial strategy, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This is a high impact leadership role with a global remit, focused on delivering results in a dynamic and fast paced industrial environment. This role operates across multiple states within the North American region in collaboration with global teams to support Trifast’s international strategy. Key Tasks
Lead and execute commercial strategy across North America Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders Drive upselling and margin optimization initiatives Oversee pricing negotiations and ensure profitability targets are met Collaborate with cross-functional teams across global regions Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards Represent North America in local and global commercial forums and initiatives The Candidate
Proven experience in commercial leadership within industrial manufacturing or fastenings Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships Experience operating across multiple countries or regions Familiarity with Trifast’s customer segments and product portfolio preferred Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred Seniority level
