DevOps Platform Engineer (with .NET Expertise)

This position follows our hybrid workstyle policy: Expected to be in a Raymond James office location a minimum of 10-12 days a month.

Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for enterprise software delivery
Support and troubleshoot .NET build and deployment processes
Monitor deployments using automated testing and quality gates
Develop integrations that enhance developer productivity
Automate manual tasks across the development lifecycle
Collaborate with development teams to optimize delivery workflows
Drive continuous improvement of deployment processes
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (every 7 weeks, minimal after-hours)
Required Qualifications
Experience with .NET build tools (MSBuild, NuGet, .NET CLI)
Jenkins automation experience (Groovy scripting preferred)
Strong understanding of Git and source control strategies
Excellent troubleshooting skills for build and deployment issues
Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Java or JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular)
Background in DevOps, CI/CD, or build/release engineering
Familiarity with Azure DevOps Server, SonarQube, JFrog, and CI/CD metrics tools
Exposure to cloud-native deployments (Azure, AWS)
Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Eagerness to learn and share knowledge
