Maintain relationships within a portfolio of NetSuite customers to ensure continued adoption and expansion of NetSuites cloud-based business operations system, including ERP, Accounting, CRM, PSA, and eCommerce. Upsell and cross-sell business application solutions within an existing base of NetSuite clients. Maintain and develop an active pipeline of forecasted opportunities to meet monthly quota objectives while working through each opportunity with your manager. Drive pipeline velocity activities, including customer references, quotes, and contract preparation and execution. Collaborate with NetSuite peers/leadership, Value Added Teams, Marketing and Enablement to increase sales performance. Improve overall customer happiness within assigned accounts; analyze business needs, identify strategic partnership opportunities, and develop strategies for growth, satisfaction, and retention. Lead and drive opportunities through strategic selling, negotiate and close business, and manage ongoing client relationships. Hybrid in-office role with a 20% annual minimum travel requirement for onsite customer visits. Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of SaaS/Technology sales (or similar) with a track record of success. Strong work ethic, laser focus, passion, and ownership; ability to translate technology into customer value. Responsive, adaptable, and results-oriented with strong communication skills. Experience working in collaborative, team-based environments and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams. About the Team

Salary range for US: USD $56,100 $89,700 per year; certain roles may be eligible for equity and commission with an estimated pay mix of 50/50. Hiring range may vary by location and experience. Equal Opportunity
