Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Interventional Radiology Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 10/13/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Compensation: Estimated Taxable Weekly Pay: $1566.70 Estimated Non-Taxable Weekly Pay: $1200 Estimated Total Weekly Pay: $2766 Opportunity: RAD Tech - Interventional Rad Tech Job Details: • Work 4x10 hour day shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM • 1:1 patient ratio maintained • Call requirement: one night per week and every 3rd weekend • Weekend requirement: every third weekend • Maximum 7 days RTO allowed • Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays • 3 years minimum experience required • Travel experience required - first-time travelers not accepted • Required certifications: ARRT (R and VI OR R and CV) • 2 weeks orientation (80 hours) • Scrubs provided • Must be comfortable with laser assisted procedures, angioplasty, stent placement, embolization, thrombolysis/thrombectomy • Experience with PACS, Philips, Siemens, and ultrasound equipment required • Must maintain sterile technique and scrub into endovascular cases • Equipment setup, access site preparation, and inventory maintenance responsibilities • Experience with vascular closure systems (Perclose, StarClose) and c-ARM operation • Work in two endovascular hybrid suites in the operating room • Assist surgeons during endovascular cases and maintain Siemens equipment • Use EPIC documentation system and Pyxis medication management • Must be assigned to Storm Team and/or Hurricane Team as needed Facility: This major medical center features state-of-the-art endovascular hybrid suites within the operating room environment.
