Hospital: Cleveland Clinic Rehabilitation Hospital - Fairhill Position: Nurse Supervisor (RN) Location: Cleveland, OH Hours: Day Shift, 12-hours Compensation: $43-$53 per hour, depending on years of experience; $3 per hour for weekends Opening in October Responsibilities
Directs assigned nursing personnel, serving as a resource person and consultant. Provides and oversees nursing care, implementing hospital and departmental philosophy and objectives. Maintains approved standards of patient care, collaborating with appropriate persons for continuity of care under the guidance of the Chief Nursing Officer. Minimum Qualifications
Valid state RN license is required. Certified BLS before date of hire. Certified ACLS or completion in first 6 months of employment. CRRN is required after meeting eligibility requirements. Preferred Experience
Two or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred. One or more years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity is preferred. BSN or enrollment in BSN program is preferred. Benefits
