Senior Sales Manager

to cover the dynamic Southeastern area for our Facilities Supply/Maintenance, Repair, Operations segment, leading a sales team that calls on Multi-Family, Senior Living, Education and Hospitality accounts. Join our team today! Role Overview

The Senior Sales Manager leads the execution of long-term sales strategies, identifies new business opportunities, and drives overall sales growth. Partners with local field leadership to provide voice of the customer feedback to inform go-to-market strategies, customer segmentation plans, and sales coverage to achieve sales and gross margin growth. Reports to the Director of FFS Direct oversight of 6-13 Outside Sales Representatives, Account Managers and CAR associates Position can be based out of either Nashville, TN or Lebanon, TN Market opportunity of $25M+ Responsibilities

Drive market share growth in identified customer groups with appropriate market coverage to achieve results Mentor sales teams to improve gross margin and AR position by identifying gaps in sales behaviors Lead daily management and execution of account activities, including meetings and business reviews Enable execution of central initiatives and optimize sales operations; support capability development and market pull-through for customer value creation Staff, schedule, and train frontline sales professionals for assigned territories Develop and execute long-term sales strategies and identify new business opportunities Provide leadership for pricing proposals and strategic plans for large accounts Monitor sales trends, market dynamics, product performance, and customer preferences Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and promote products and services Submit short- and long-term sales plans and use marketing programs to reach targets Participate in leadership meetings and represent associate concerns and policies Qualifications

5 years of sales experience with 2 years of management experience Proven P&L execution Skills in planning and developing business strategies Sales and performance forecasting expertise Desire to be a hard-working leader, mentor, and motivator Experience defining customer needs and providing solutions Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient Excel skills Ability to travel throughout the Southeastern market (Tennessee, Kentucky, Mississippi and Arkansas) with occasional overnights Benefits and Employment Details

Estimated ranges displayed are monthly for salaried roles or hourly for all other roles. This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local wage requirements. Equal Opportunity
