Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a critical role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based care. This role requires initiative, strong clinical judgment, and a commitment to health equity. Responsibilities include: Conducting patient-centered histories and assessments Measuring and recording vital signs Administering medications, vaccines, and immunizations Collecting lab specimens Supporting interdisciplinary care planning and coordination Assisting providers with exams and procedures Delivering care in alignment with CHA’s standards of nursing practice Qualifications
