Are you passionate about connecting people to education, training, and career opportunities that change lives? Join Oakland Countys Workforce Development team and play a key role in advancing the Oakland80 initiative, our bold goal of helping 80% of residents achieve a post-secondary credential by 2030. In this role, youll collaborate with schools, businesses, and community partners to build pathways for success, create innovative programs, and help shape the future of work in Oakland County. What You'll Do Coordinate and support meetings with key stakeholders, including schools, employers, and community organizations, to strengthen local workforce strategies. Help design and implement programs and solutions that increase educational attainment and workforce readiness for youth, adults, and underserved populations. Collect and analyze KPI data to measure program success and prepare reports for state, federal, and local grants. Draft and edit content for grant applications, newsletters, and marketing campaigns to share progress and success stories. Assist in developing outreach efforts to engage diverse communities, from students to jobseekers to employers.

Required Minimum Qualifications

Possess a Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in any field of study. Have at least three (3) years of full-time work experience with administration and/or operation of workforce development or education programs. Possess a valid motor vehicle operators or chauffeurs license.

Pay Range

USD $70,191.00 - USD $94,044.00 / Yr. EEO and Inclusion
