As the combined advertising revenue organization of Sirius XM Holdings Inc., SiriusXM Media spans across Pandora and SiriusXM, ad tech solutions powered by AdsWizz, sonic creative consultancy Studio Resonate, and content partnerships with Audiochuck, NBCUniversal, SoundCloud, and more. How youll make an impact: The Account Manager is a key contributor on SiriusXM Medias Client Services team, driving and defending revenue by partnering with internal and external teams to design and execute campaigns for Advertisers/Agencies and to drive revenue. What youll do: Develop and cultivate positive business relationships with clients, sales, creative design teams, sales research, and technical teams Partner with the sales team to develop ideas and materials for proposals/avail submissions, including media recommendations, research, competitive data, and technical feasibility Be a product expert, know your client and the SiriusXM Media products that meet their marketing needs and drive results Ensure Pandora revenue goals inform account management; design and execute media plans and campaigns; coordinate pre-launch elements related to creative specifications and submission Create and manage creative and technical production timelines, asset delivery, and coordination with Advertisers/Agencies to ensure timely launches Collaborate with internal traffickers, creative design, and clients to troubleshoot ad creative issues impacting tracking, implementation, or reporting Monitor campaign delivery and pacing; escalate issues as needed Collaborate with billing to resolve monthly invoicing queries Provide campaign deliverables including reporting, screenshots, and ad-hoc requests Delegate work as necessary to internal resources What youll need: 1+ year of experience in digital/radio/mobile advertising operations or account management Extremely proactive and highly organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and campaigns Excellent client service and verbal/written communication skills; results-driven with strong analytical skills Knowledge of pre-sale processes and creation of media plans; experience with display, mobile, audio, and video advertising products Experience with internal order management systems and third-party systems including ad servers Ability to work collaboratively within a team Preferred but not required: knowledge of programmatic transactions; experience with performance campaign management and conversion data Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) Must have legal right to work in the U.S. Our goal at SiriusXM is to provide a work environment that fosters mutual respect, professionalism and cooperation.
