Overview
Position Title:
Scrum Master Sr
Position Location:
PNC Tech Hub
Locations: Pittsburgh PA or Cleveland OH - Strongsville Technology Center. Hybrid work: 3 days in office, 2 remote.
Intended length of Assignment:
6/30/2026
Reason for open position:
Additional headcount, filling out a whole new team
Function of the Group:
Combination of mitigating risk, reducing costs and generating revenue.
Industry background:
Banking/financial background is a plus
Team Dynamic Working on growing teams and standing them up. Smaller team consisting of:
Couple developers
BSA
QE
Shooting for multiple developers, BSAs and QEs, with a few engineers around site reliability and DevOps — 8 per crew.
Roles and Responsibilities
Running daily stand ups and ceremony reviews, typical Scrum Master responsibilities.
Helping connect or resolve obstacles and blockers.
Provide crew reporting on blockers and velocity for the scrum team.
Help build out a new team; strong leadership and communication as new crew members are added and a new initiative is started. This role will not be walking into an existing crew.
A plus: prior PNC experience when building out a new crew.
