The Clinical Account Manager (CAM) acts as the primary customer contact for sales demand creation by executing marketing strategy and promoting Sobi products as lead by the Regional Sales Director. In this strategic role, the CAM provides current and comprehensive clinical knowledge of Sobis products and effectively communicates the on-label clinical benefits of the products. As a sales leader, the CAM is expected to achieve territory sales by executing Plan of Action (POA) marketing strategies, which includes delivering branded sales messages to customers, representing Sobi at local meetings, and achieving or exceeding sales targets. This is a remote position, but the candidate must reside within the territory (Cleveland, OH). Responsibilities

Represent Sobis products and services to a defined customer base, generating and growing sales and consistently achieving or exceeding sales goals within the geographic area. Promote the appropriate use of Sobi products to healthcare professionals in accordance with Corporate, PhRMA, and OIG guidelines. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Sobi and competitor products in the therapeutic area, and in-depth knowledge of disease states. Develop and implement a territory business plan to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals, including weekly analysis of territory sales data to prioritize physician targeting and ensure accurate reporting of physicians. Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory agencies, state, and federal law. Prepare territory budget plans for customer contacts, local symposia, and other external expenditures. Assist in identifying and resolving issues and opportunities; communicate proactively to sales and marketing management. Report all adverse events to Sobis Drug Safety department as appropriate per required guidelines. Perform all administrative functions required of the position, including reporting call activity and customer information into the call reporting system in a timely manner, submitting expenses, etc. Qualifications

Located within the territory (Cleveland, OH) or nearby; willing to travel within territory; relocation not provided. BA/BS in business or science. Minimum of 5 years experience with dedicated hospital selling in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry, with at least 3 years specialty sales experience; CAM may require a minimum of 3 years biologics sales experience with specialty pharmacy, or 8 years with dedicated hospital selling experience. Experience with transition of care/patient journey from hospital to outpatient setting is preferred. Demonstrated history of high sales performance. Experience with single source pharmacies, reimbursement programs, managed care, and formulary. Strong work ethic, ability to develop priorities, and effective time management in a large, assigned geography. Travel within the assigned territory, including overnights, up to 4050% in some cases. Ability to perform all administrative functions required of the position, including timely reporting of call activity, customer information, and travel as described. Benefits

The base salary range for this role is 120,000 190,000. This role is eligible for short-term and long-term bonuses as outlined in the plan details. Equal Opportunity
