Riverside Rehab Center 2 RN Supervisor for 4pm-12am - Monday to Friday. Sign on Bonus $3500. What You'll Do Lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of residents. Oversee facility operations, safety, cleanliness and compliance with nursing policies, procedures and regulations. Supervise and guide nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery. Oversee daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource allocation. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans. Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain quality standards. Provide mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols.
