Summary

Supervise a field-based sales team with a dedicated focus on Healthcare strategic initiatives and sales. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include the following; other duties may be assigned: Support Healthcare Specialists and Territory Managers in their selling efforts to increase Healthcare brand awareness, grow market share, and generate sales volume. Report to and collaborate with the Sr. Director of Healthcare to implement and execute the strategic market plan for designated regions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealer principals and influential regional stakeholders to foster mutually profitable outcomes. Enforce accountability among Healthcare Specialists regarding their duties, reports, and activities. Assist the sales team with Healthcare initiatives, client meetings, RFPs, GPOs, contracts, product knowledge, and presentations to support growth. Supervisory Responsibilities

Directly supervise Healthcare Specialists and collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and AVPs. Responsible for coaching, hiring, training, performance appraisal, and addressing employee issues in accordance with company policies and laws. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of management experience in healthcare sales or equivalent combination of education and experience. Skills and Abilities

Proficient in reading, analyzing, and interpreting scientific, financial, and legal documents. Effective communication skills for presentations and inquiries. Mathematical proficiency with concepts like percentages, ratios, and proportions. Problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret varied instructions. Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Physical Demands & Work Environment

Includes frequent talking, hearing, standing, sitting, and manual handling. Visual acuity for various vision requirements. Occasionally exposed to outdoor weather conditions and moderate noise levels. About the Company
