Targeted Base Salary: $110,000 plus commission

Our purpose is to improve clinical outcomes for high-risk patients and prevent surgical failures of the cervical spine. LOCATION We are currently hiring Territory Managers in Little Rock, AR. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of the sales function and act as a key influencer in the field. The Territory Manager will dedicate substantial time to developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts. Both territories have an established client base with key surgeons and significant growth potential. Essential Functions Maintain and increase sales volume within assigned accounts and territories; meet and exceed sales quotas and objectives, driving revenue and market penetration of PMT products. Introduce products to new customers, coordinate evaluations, provide technical support, and create financial proposals for hospitals. Spend significant time in the field, face-to-face with targeted customer base, acting as a key influencer. Explain targeted solutions to surgeons and key influencers, moving the sales process to closure. Target strategic accounts to drive growth, especially in accounts without current sales coverage. Recruit, train, and develop surgeon customers, providing exceptional service and solutions. Acquire clinical knowledge of all PMT products to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide surgical case coverage. Provide regular feedback to the Area Vice President on sales performance, market feedback, new target accounts, and ideas for growth. Execute or exceed annual surgeon training and meetings, including prospect training. Maintain administrative responsibilities using Salesforce and other tools, tracking customer interactions and prospect trainings. Partner with operations to track inventory and keep expenses within budget. Implement surgeon training courses as new technology is introduced. Attend trade shows and strategic customer meetings as scheduled. Follow procedures to resolve issues and collaborate across departments for efficiency and compliance. Adhere to employment policies and safe practices. Travel >60%. Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred. 2+ years of outside sales experience. 1+ years in Medical Spine Device industry is a must. Proficiency with Word, Excel, web applications, sales enablement tools, Google apps, and Salesforce. Ability to interpret business and technical documents, and present information effectively. Proven success in launching new technology and sales management. Valid drivers license and ability to drive for work.
