Lead and support a high-performing Surgical ICU team aligned with Community Health Networks mission, vision, and values. Ensure optimal staffing and resource utilization based on patient needs, scope of practice, and competencies. Apply evidence-based practices to improve clinical outcomes and enhance patient satisfaction. Promote a culture of excellence through performance improvement and operational efficiency. Serve as a role model in communication, flexibility, and problem-solving. What were looking for

5+ years Leadership Experience:
3+ years ICU Experience:
Preferred (3+ years) Education:
Associate degree from NLN, CCNE, or ACEN-accredited program Bachelors degree:
required within 5 years of hire Licensure:
Registered Nurse licensed by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency Certification:
