Linchpin Solutions is hiring for a Network Administrator. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Network Administrator in IT, engineering, software development, logistics, and project management fields. Job Type:

Temporary Full-time 6-Month position. Onsite Monday-Friday. Salary:

Base pay range $85,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Role Overview

The Network Administrator will have demonstrated experience in network development, analysis, or design. You will have competence in all phases of network analysis techniques, system design concepts, and computer programming languages, and the ability to work with end users to develop designs from end users specifications. You will also install, maintain, and evaluate network systems and communications, troubleshoot complex network issues involving various factors, and conduct network architecture design, feasibility, and cost studies. Must have extensive knowledge of the Internet, computers, routers, switches, firewalls, etc. to excel in this role. Responsibilities

Provide general and specialized network administration including LAN/WAN support, installation of devices, and maintenance of network infrastructure Troubleshoot complex network issues and perform feasibility studies and cost analyses Design network architectures and collaborate with end users to translate requirements Qualifications

Education & Certifications Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field CompTIA A+ CompTIA Security+ CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA/CCNP Experience 4+ years of network administration experience Skills

Knowledge of LAN/WAN, Cisco routers, Ethernet switches, bridges, gateways, Palo Alto firewalls Understanding of routing protocols: RIP, EIGRP, BGP, Multicast, QoS, and OSPF Understanding of MPLS, VPLS, MLA VPNs, and Traffic Engineering Support for LAN/WAN, oversee projects, install devices, maintain network infrastructure Familiarity with VMware and other software Working knowledge of Linux (F5 load balancer preferred) Benefits
