The Rutgers Behavioral Health System (RBH) is part of Rutgers University Behavioral Health Care (UBHC), which includes the behavioral health services of RWJBarnabas and the departments of psychiatry at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson and New Jersey Medical Schools. As one of the largest academic health centers in the nation, RBH offers comprehensive psychiatric services across New Jersey, including inpatient beds, emergency screening, crisis clinics, partial hospital programs, outpatient clinics, and community mental health centers. Serving over 200,000 patients annually, RBH is committed to excellence in behavioral health care, research, and education. We are seeking a board-certified or eligible clinical, administrative, and academic psychiatrist to oversee UBHCs Brandt Behavioral Health Treatment Center and Residence. Responsibilities include: Overseeing all faculty and psychiatric services Promoting growth and development of direct care providers Developing effective psychiatric clinical programs and services Participating in research and teaching activities Additional Details
