Seeking a talented Voice Engineer to drive and support our migration from legacy PBX platforms to enterprise-grade Microsoft Teams Phone and Cisco Webex Contact Center environments. What you will do
Implement and support the client's migration to Microsoft Teams Phones and Cisco Webex Contact Center Own the migration process from legacy PBX systems, including planning, deployment, testing, and troubleshooting Deploy and manage Teams Phone solutions, including Direct Routing, Operator Connect, Calling Plans, and device integrations Collaborate with network, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure seamless telephony, data, and IT integration Provide Tier 2 / 3 support for enterprise voice platforms, resolving issues quickly and minimizing service disruption Document designs, configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and architectural standards Work closely with vendors, internal clients, and external partners throughout the build and run phases Champion system reliability, quality, and compliance, proactively identifying areas for optimization What you will need to be successful
Experience deploying and supporting Microsoft Teams Voice, Teams Phone System, and Cisco Webex Contact Center Solid understanding of SIP, RTP, PSTN connectivity, SBCs, and unified communications protocols Benefits overview
