Position Summary:
The individual must be willing to be physically present in the office M-F. This position supports and maintains end user workstations for all divisions. Duties include maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer hardware, software, and peripherals. The incumbent will interface with employees at every division. The role emphasizes supporting the company's core values of Quality, Safety, Production, and Integrity.
Specific Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality customer service to all users across locations.
Provide tier 1 support by responding to incident and service requests via the Service Desk Portal, phone, email, and in person.
Resolve incident requests according to service level objectives and policies.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and repair systems to ensure performance, security, and integrity for end users.
Collaborate with team members to diagnose issues and promote learning.
Install, configure, and deploy hardware and software for new hires and upgrades.
Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
Share first call resolutions and document detailed steps to improve team performance.
Maintain asset information in Active Directory.
Respond to off-hour alerts to ensure operational uptime.
Employee Safety and Compliance:
Ensure personal safety and the safety of colleagues.
Stop work if unsafe conditions are observed.
Comply with laws, regulations, and company policies.
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
Position Requirements:
Associate degree in Computer Science or equivalent certifications with 2 years' experience. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Experience with AI tools and Service Desk Plus is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, Windows OS, MS Teams, O365, security software, and hardware is required. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all organizational levels are essential. Discretion, trustworthiness, organization, and attention to detail are critical.
