our newest location will open in Fall 2025 . We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic team members to help bring the park to life! Hiring begins in September 2025
for various positions, including attractions, arcade attendants, food & beverage, guest services, and more. Join the Malibu Jacks family and help us create memorable experiences for every guest, every day! Open Positions Include: Attraction Operators:
Trained on multiple attractions, responsible for running attractions safely, explaining rules, and enforcing safety standards while providing excellent customer service and fun. Front Desk/Customer Service:
Embody the welcoming, joyful presence of Malibu Jacks, handle money transactions, assist guests with prizes, organize stock, and ensure every guest begins and ends their visit with a smile. Groups & Party Attendants:
Ensure smooth running of birthday parties and group events, set up party spaces, greet and host groups, serve food and beverages, and lead activities with enthusiasm. Maintain cleanliness to ensure a safe, clean, and fun environment. Handle technology and equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and electro-mechanical tasks. We seek individuals who are lifelong learners and problem solvers. Go-Kart Technicians:
Operate and maintain Go-Karts and track functionality, ensuring safety and fun, and keeping Karts running smoothly and efficiently. Food & Beverage Attendants:
Prepare, cook, package, and serve food and beverages in a fast-paced environment, operate kitchen equipment, ensure safety and sanitation, and perform basic bartending with pre-mixed drinks. Teamwork and focus on quality and guest satisfaction are essential.
