Executive Search Consultant | Pharmaceutical and Nutraceutical Ingredients
Job summary Novaris Search are partnered with a reputable pharma ingredient manufacturer seeking a proactive and innovative Sales Account Manager to join their Pharma and Lifesciences team in East Coast, US. This role is pivotal in driving sales and fostering business development within the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical sectors. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales and business development of excipients for pharmaceutical clients. - Achieve annual sales targets (revenue, volume, gross profit). - Provide regular activity reports and market analysis to management. - Implement value selling and key account management strategies to enhance profitability. - Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and product offerings. - Manage existing accounts, secure new orders, and develop new client relationships. - Maintain industry knowledge through training, publications, and conferences. - Handle account receivables, customer complaints, and rejections efficiently. - Cultivate and maintain strong commercial relationships with key customers. - Develop a pipeline for future business opportunities and forecast sales effectively. - Strong understanding of pharmaceutical product development and manufacturing. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Self-motivated with a passion for value selling. - Team player who thrives in collaborative environments. Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm) with a management diploma/degree or M. Pharm. -+5 years selling pharma / nutra ingredients - Commitment to excellence and consistently meeting deadlines. - Good attendance and punctuality. - Open and honest communication.
