Senior Account Manager, Platform Success - IQVIA Digital. The Senior Account Manager, Platform Services is a strategic partner to our most important clients, responsible for driving client success, retention, and growth across IQVIAs Media Operating System. This role blends deep platform expertise with consultative leadership, guiding clients through complex digital marketing initiatives and ensuring they maximize the value of their campaigns. As a senior member of the Platform Services team, you will mentor Account Managers, lead strategic engagements, and represent IQVIA Digital in executive-level client conversations. Key Responsibilities

Senior Client Relationship Management & Advocacy: Serve as the primary relationship owner for high-value clients, building trusted partnerships through strategic guidance, transparency, and proactive communication. Anticipate client needs and deliver solutions that drive long-term growth. Strategic Campaign Planning & Execution: Lead the design and execution of sophisticated omnichannel campaigns, leveraging platform capabilities and data-driven insights to achieve client objectives. Translate complex goals into actionable media strategies that maximize ROI and efficiency. Performance Insights & Optimization: Analyze and interpret campaign performance data, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks. Deliver advanced recommendations and insights that empower clients to refine their strategies and achieve measurable business outcomes. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership: Partner with Programmatic Traders, Product, and Engineering teams to troubleshoot issues, advocate for feature enhancements, and ensure seamless campaign execution. Mentor Account Managers and contribute to team development and best practices. Thought Leadership & Industry Expertise: Act as a trusted advisor, educating clients on evolving ad tech trends, best practices, and emerging opportunities. Represent IQVIA Digital in executive client meetings, QBRs, and industry events, positioning the platform as a market leader. Success in This Role Will Look Like

Deepened Client Partnerships: Building and sustaining strategic relationships that lead to increased client engagement, retention, and growth Strategic Impact: Delivery of advanced, data-informed recommendations that drive measurable improvements in campaign outcomes and client satisfaction Campaign Excellence: Consistent execution of high-performing, complex programmatic strategies with attention to audience quality, reach, and behavioral outcomes Operational Agility: Streamlined collaboration with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate campaign delivery and continuous optimization Team Leadership & Development: Mentoring Account Managers, sharing best practices, and fostering a culture of learning and excellence Qualifications

Bachelors degree preferred; background in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field preferred 5+ years of experience in digital media, programmatic advertising, or ad tech, with at least 3 years in a senior client-facing or account management role Proven experience leading strategic client engagements and growing a book of business against revenue targets Deep expertise in building and optimizing omnichannel digital campaigns using platform insights and data Comfortable serving as the strategic point of contact for clients, agencies, and publishers; able to translate complex media strategies into clear, actionable plans Demonstrated leadership in programmatic strategy development and implementation; experience mentoring or managing junior team members Prior experience working with healthcare clients or within regulated industries strongly preferred Skilled at engaging with trading teams and navigating platforms to align execution with strategic goals Knowledge of paid search and social campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook preferred Familiarity with ad serving platforms (Google Ad Manager, Sizmek, etc.) preferred Understanding of agency and/or publisher media planning process, including how programmatic fits alongside social, email, and TV Able to prioritize work based on strategic value and self-manage across multiple projects Strong analytical skills to draw insights from large datasets and translate them into business solutions Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders Passion for working in a space that sits at the intersection of healthcare and technology About IQVIA Digital & Equal Opportunity

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $66,500.00 - $166,200.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on qualifications, location, and schedule. Incentives, bonuses, and other compensation and benefits may apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
