Overview
We are seeking a Sr. Infrastructure Engineer for our Infrastructure Engineering team, which focuses on enhancing the user experience through the management of endpoint devices and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI). Team members provide subject matter expertise in endpoint management systems including SCCM/MECM and Intune. Responsibilities
Develop and manage SCCM/MECM tasks including creating task sequences, packaging applications, configuring baselines, and performing OS deployment (OSD) and patching. Implement and maintain Intune policies including configuration policies and conditional access. Manage a co-managed environment with a Cloud Management Gateway and Autopilot configuration. Create technical and process documentation. Drive solutions from a conceptual phase to operational implementation, collaborating with Engineering teams. Evaluate technical debt and risks, proposing solutions for continuous improvement. Research and recommend new technologies to Leadership for strategic planning. Handle escalated support tickets and adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Qualifications
This role requires a deep understanding of user needs and the technologies used to support them, with a focus on Microsoft Endpoint management and VDI solutions. 10+ years of experience in Microsoft desktop operating systems administration (Windows 7/10/11) including migration experience. 7+ years of experience with SCCM or other device management platforms. 3+ years of experience with Intune or other Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms. 3+ years of experience supporting VDI environments (AVD, Citrix). Exceptional skills in automation using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph. Proficiency in Active Directory management including Organizational Units (OU), Group Policy Objects (GPO), and Group Policy Preferences (GPP). Knowledge of/exposure to FSLogix, Entra, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and Windows Server Update Services (WSUS).
