Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Scheduler
to support a large-scale life science project in California. The Senior Scheduler will be responsible for developing and managing detailed project schedules, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved on time. This role will provide schedule analysis, progress tracking, and forecasting to support project success in a highly regulated environment. Key Responsibilities
Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to establish realistic timelines and critical path activities. Monitor schedule performance, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies. Prepare and deliver progress reports, schedule forecasts, and variance analyses. Ensure schedules are compliant with project requirements, contractual obligations, and regulatory standards within the life science sector. Support integrated project controls, including cost and resource planning alignment. This position is full time on site. Details
