Collaborate with the site team, Data Integrity champion, Engineering Tech Centre, and Technical services groups to identify required data architectures and data models. Participate in overall data architecture design. Develop data management requirement specification documents. Create scope and delivery models for data management projects. Manage data management projects and coordinate with System Integrators. Work with technical departments to develop process and asset templates supporting data models. Identify equipment-specific data needed for maintenance and operations. Collaborate with the Foundry automation technical office on data management related to information security. Align data management solutions with project system architecture and schedules in collaboration with Automation Project teams. Coordinate with Digital/MES workstream leads to ensure alignment of data management solutions. Communicate progress, issues, and needs to the Foundry automation program manager. Respond to system integrator technical queries. Support the development of testing strategies. Role Requirements:
BS Engineering or equivalent experience. 8+ years of data management experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry, preferably in API/bulk manufacturing. Aveva PI installation and configuration experience, including site infrastructure, data archive, interfaces, Asset Framework, and PI Vision. Experience integrating Aveva PI with automation systems (e.g., Emerson DeltaV, Rockwell). Experience integrating Aveva PI with OT systems like Kepware Ex platform and MQTT message brokers such as HiveMQ. Experience with alarm management systems like Logmate. Previous experience with Pharmaceutical Automation Large Projects/Programs. Strong teamwork abilities and knowledge of GMPs, regulatory requirements, and computer system validation principles. Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Additional Details:
