Overview
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for the prompt, courteous service to restaurant guests; serving food and drink as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the dining room.
Essential Functions
Take and serve food and beverage orders. Record all sales using the appropriate POS system and follow all cash handling procedures. All guest payments are processed according to established procedures. Ensure alcohol awareness procedures are in place and notify supervisor of any guest incidents. Completes opening and closing side-work consistent with property expectations. Provide the highest quality of service to guests at all times. Perform all other duties deemed necessary by management.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
Able to carry trays and move items weighing up to 30 pounds. Strong customer service skills. Thorough knowledge of menus.
Compensation Range
The compensation for this position is $15.97/Hr. - $15.97/Yr. based on qualifications and experience.
