Job Description City:

Glendale, CA Onsite/ Hybrid/ Remote: Hybrid Duration : 12 months

Rate Range : Up to$89/hr on W2 depending on experience (no C2C or 1099 or sub-contract)

Work Authorization : GC, USC, All valid EADs except OPT, CPT, H1B

Must Have: Strong front-end development with

TypeScript, React , HTML, CSS Backend proficiency with

Node.js

and REST API design/integration Experience building

internal tools

and

data-driven UIs

(dashboards, status/incident views) Solid understanding of

testing

(unit/e2e), CI/CD, and

accessibility/WCAG Familiarity with cloud fundamentals ( AWS/Azure/GCP ), Git/GitHub, and config-based deployments (e.g., YAML) Ability to integrate with multiple

disparate systems/APIs

and normalize data for a single UI Strong cross-team

communication , requirements discovery, and stakeholder management Responsibilities: Own end-to-end features (~ 70% front end / 30% back end ) for an internal

incident management/operations

platform Aggregate data from multiple tools into a

unified, "single pane of glass"

for incident awareness and decisioning Improve system

observability, reliability, and usability ; enforce team engineering standards and code quality Partner with adjacent teams to unblock dependencies, align schemas/fields, and ship cohesive UX Contribute to

code reviews , lightweight design docs, and architectural discussions; mentor mid-level engineers Qualifications: Bachelor's in a STEM field (or equivalent experience) 5-8+ years professional software engineering with notable

full-stack

work and

front-end emphasis Proven success building

internal tools

or platforms for incidents/ops, SRE, or service health (nice-to-have: exposure to ServiceNow/PagerDuty/Grafana/Datadog) Comfortable in

startup-style environments : opinionated yet collaborative ("disagree & commit"), decisive, customer-centric Excellent verbal/written communication; able to

translate fuzzy asks

into actionable, scalable solutions
