We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Radiology, Cardiology, and Electrophysiology, with a strong focus on patient care and technical proficiency.
Required Skills, Certifications, And Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field. Open to first-time travelers. Local applicants accepted with rate differences. Proficiency in the following areas: Electrophysiology (EP) Lab Interpretation of dysrhythmias Laser Assisted Procedures Permanent Pacemaker Insertion (PPI) Scrub Procedures Temporary Pacemaker Watchman Stocks supplies Arrhythmia Induction Cardiac Ablation Cardiac Mapping Circulate Procedures Conduction Studies Electrophysiology Evaluation Insertion/Programming of AICDs Left Atrial Appendage (LAA) Closure Pacemaker Insertion Accurate monitoring Equipment set up Perform EKG lead placement Prep access site Recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias Room circulator Scrub - maintain sterile field Sterile Technique Certifications: ACLS, BLS
Job Details
Position can be filled by a technician or an RN. Average Daily Census: 15 cases Shift: 4x10, 07:30 AM - 06:00 PM Contract staff will be expected to work during a Storm Team and/or Hurricane Team. They may be required to report to work during catastrophic events, mass casualties, or disasters. Consolidation to the Centralized Office mid-contract may occur, and staff may be preassigned to units as needed.
