Responsibilities:
Lead a team of dedicated servers, hosts, and support staff to deliver top-notch service Coordinate daily operations of the front of house, ensuring smooth service flow and guest satisfaction Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, nurturing team morale and performance Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation in the dining area Develop and execute strategies to optimize revenue and enhance the overall dining experience Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in a leadership role within the restaurant industry Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service Ability to think on your feet and effectively handle high-pressure situations Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Benefits:
