Job Summary:
Alluvionic is seeking a SharePoint & Power Platform Solutions Strategist to provide strategic planning, technical expertise, and project coordination in support of the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS). The Strategist will partner with USMS managers to oversee both ongoing and upcoming initiatives, ensuring the successful delivery of SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.

This is an onsite position.
Responsibilities:
Provide program/project management oversight along with hands-on execution.
Perform technical work in Microsoft 365 tools, specifically SharePoint Online migrations and maintenance, Power BI dashboard development, and Power Automate workflow design.
Support modernization and rebranding efforts, including intranet site design and process automation.
Manage projects with a working understanding of procurement workflows (e.g., contracts, equipment). Procurement-specific knowledge is preferred but can be developed on the job; deep or highly specialized IT expertise is not required.
Operate independently while coordinating with IT and program stakeholders.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree.
Three years of specialized experience that is related to the duties described.
Must be knowledgeable in SharePoint design and editing.
Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite, and the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate).
Experience with project planning and tracking via tools like Microsoft Project or Visio.
Ability to quickly and effectively adapt to change.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
Previous experience supporting government agencies
