Manager, Key Accounts role at Anheuser-Busch. Remote - VA location noted. Salary: $90,000 - $100,000, bonus eligible. Role Summary

The Craft East Key Account Manager (KAM) will work alongside the AB & Wholesaler KAM teams to focus on Devils Backbone, Cisco and La Rubia priority brands where we can expand distribution, sell-in and execute programming. The Craft East KAM will also work with Craft East & Wholesaler reps to execute programming and learn the dynamics of different chain accounts. The primary job is to educate, communicate, and execute Craft East distro gaps and programming in targeted chains both Small & Large Format. Job Responsibilities

Grow Devils Backbone, Cisco and La Rubia sales & share in off-premise chain accounts. Provide total account management; sell-in corporate programs and brand promotions. Direct and manage space management priorities of Craft East and the account. Utilize sales tools (IRI, Hero, IDIG, PowerBI, etc.). Maintain active communications and foster relationships with region sales and wholesaler personnel. Evaluate strategies and action plans against allocated budget; manage budgets. Contribute to development and management of monthly PRs and annual account plan. Facilitate communication of wholesaler's pricing to chain account. Travel up to 50%, majority being day trips. Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred (emphasis in Business, Sales, and/or Marketing is strongly desired). Basic knowledge of retail initiatives (particularly Category Management and information-based selling). Advanced computer software proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Internet). High level of expertise in analyzing information and making information-based recommendations. Strong familiarity with syndicated data, software and measures is preferred. Effective communication/presenting, follow-up, administrative and organizational skills. Field and retail sales experience in the beverage industry or other consumer products industries. Understanding of wholesaler network/processes. Ability to work and drive positive results in a fast-paced, team environment. Benefits
