Proven track record of success in sales management. Internet/BDC experience a plus Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong negotiation and closing abilities Second chance financing experience a plus. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Knowledge of Drive Centric, Vauto, CDK, Dealertrack, a plus Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
