Required Skills & Experience - 8+ years in product design and development, specifically with plastics - Deep understanding of additive manufacturing processes (e.g., FDM, SLA, SLS) - Hands-on experience with 3D printing technologies and design for additive manufacturing - Strong background in materials science, especially polymers and thermoplastics - Experience with blow molding, injection molding, or similar plastic forming techniques (e.g., playground equipment, toy design, Reference Companies: Step2, Toy R Us blow molding, toy design)
