Were looking to hire an HRIS Specialist for a digital accessibility company. This is a full-time, direct hire position that can be based remotely in the U.S. or Canada. Youll be the go-to expert for Dayforce and a key driver of operational excellence across the entire employee lifecycle. Youll help streamline workflows, ensure data integrity, support global compliance, and partner cross-functionally to deliver a seamless experience for employees and stakeholders alike! Be responsible for the configuration, optimization, and daily maintenance of Dayforce across multiple legal entities and countries. Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and reporting integrity in all modules (HCM, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, etc.). Serve as the point of contact for troubleshooting, issue resolution, and continuous system improvements. Qualifications
57 years of experience in People Operations and/or HRIS administration in a global environment. Must have hands-on experience with Ceridian Dayforce (multi-country configuration highly preferred). Demonstrable experience handling core People Ops functions across the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding, employee changes, offboarding, etc.). Benefits
