Position delivers products to stores on established routes or via dynamic dispatch to customers, including convenience and gas stores, small supermarkets, drug stores, etc. (average of 15-20 stops per day). Drives the delivery vehicle to a location, unloads and brings products into the store. Responsible for ongoing rotating and stocking of products on store shelves, displays, vending equipment, and in coolers. Builds displays and sets up promotional materials such as pricing signs and banners. Generates invoices and handles daily settlement of cash and charges. Has frequent interaction with store management. This position is labor-intensive, requiring lifting, loading, and pushing/pulling a high volume of cases per day, weighing 20-45 pounds each. It also involves reaching, squatting, and bending while delivering and merchandising products under various weather conditions. Long work hours may be required during peak seasons. Primary Accountabilities
Deliver products, serve customers, and execute promotions at multiple stores daily Operate trucks requiring an appropriate CDL license, including driving forwards, backwards, and maneuvering in tight spaces Service all scheduled customers by the end of the shift Merchandise and rotate products to local standards, including filling shelves, building displays, and removing outdated stock Use pallet jacks, hand trucks, and breakdowns to move products Establish positive relationships with store contacts Follow operating procedures, including scan-in/scan-out and route adherence Communicate effectively with customers, building rapport and attentiveness to their needs Comply with DOT regulations Maintain regular, reliable, and predictable attendance Additional Details
