Front Desk Agent Serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm and efficient check-in and check-out process. Responsibilities
Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures. Provide information about the resort and local attractions. Handle guest requests, inquiries, and reservations. Manage billing and payment processes accurately. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs. Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Familiarity with property or outlet-specific needs (e.g., Boonfly, FARM, Hilltop). Team player mentality and a commitment to maintaining the resorts high standards. Company Overview
