Tyto Athene, LLC is hiring for the Cyber Security Analyst Level III role in Warner Robins, GA. The role focuses on AFRC/A3 Cybersecurity functions as Chief, Logistics Support Branch authority and focal point responsible for developing and maintaining the HQ AFRC/A3s local cybersecurity program. The primary service is the creation and maintenance of Risk Management Framework (RMF) Authorization-To-Operate (ATO) packages (including annual reviews) to achieve and/or retain an ATO for AFRC/A3 systems. These activities include authoring/reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Ports, Protocols & Services maintenance.
Base pay range
$75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr Location
Warner Robins, GA Responsibilities
Develop and maintain RMF ATO packages for AFRC/A3 systems (including annual reviews). Author and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Maintain Ports, Protocols & Services. Perform ISSM duties as required IAW AFI 17-101, RMF for IT, and AFI 17-130, Cybersecurity Program Management. Ensure FISMA compliance requirements are met for the packages. Conduct annual security reviews of IA controls and tests of selected IA controls IAW RMF. Manage the COMPUSEC Program for HQ AFRC/A4 and address AF COMPUSEC requirements IAW AFMAN 17-1302-O. Implement and enforce AF cybersecurity policies, procedures, and countermeasures. Complete/annual review of SOPs. Maintain continuous monitoring: update asset/hardware/software inventory, upload vulnerability scan reports, POAMs, and STIG checklists. Coordinate annual Tabletop or Live Contingency/Incident Response Plan. Provide CCRI support to Vulnerability Management office & CCRI PM; monitor STIG compliance and remediation of vulnerabilities. Ensure POAMs are progressed and meet estimated completion dates; review milestones. Participate in Change Approval Board for changes to systems. Upload monthly hardware/software asset inventories and artifacts required for ATO/A&A in accordance with CDRL A008, ATO/A&A Artifacts, DI-MGMT-82000, PWS Appendix C. Provide input to on-site contract manager to support deliverables identified in section 2.3.1. Qualifications
Experience with Risk Management processes and RMF requirements. Knowledge of IT security assessment, monitoring, detection, and remediation tools and procedures using standards-based concepts. Knowledge of server administration and systems engineering concepts. Knowledge of cloud service models (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS). Knowledge of basic system administration, network, and operating system hardening techniques. Knowledge of cybersecurity principles. On-site presence at Warner Robins, GA. Active 8570 Certification; CompTIA Security+ certification. Clearance
