In this role, you will be responsible for leading the day to day operations of the Women's Services department. Our ideal candidate will be an inspirational, servant leader with a strong level of clinical labor and delivery knowledge who can promote an atmosphere of trust and safety, form positive and collaborative relationships across all levels, manage the annual budget, utilize evidence based practice, and identify best practices that ensure the highest quality of care is provided to the community's newest moms, babies and families. Qualifications & Requirements for Nurse Manager, Women's Services:
