Overview
To keep up with growing market demand, DSI Tech is seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Executive to join our team. This position focuses on the Georgia market and plays a vital role in our sales efforts as one of the nations leading technology solutions providers. Your Responsibilities
Drive the sales of cutting-edge IT infrastructure solutions to State, Local, and School of Education (SLED) organizations. Manage sales efforts targeting customers in Georgia, focusing on a 50-mile radius around Atlanta. Provide current and new clients product information, pricing, and conduct daily on-site visits. Prioritize Federal E-Rate opportunities as well as other SLED-focused accounts to maximize growth. Collaborate closely with Senior Network Engineers to enhance pre-sales activities and ensure a seamless client experience. Cultivate strong business relationships and elevate market presence through innovative strategic initiatives. What You Need for this Role
3+ years in an outside sales capacity selling IT solutions for Cisco products or other vendors (NetApp, VMware, Microsoft, HPE, Crestron) Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics or related field OR an equivalent combination of formal education, training, and directly related progressive job experience Proven experience in SLED (State and Local Government and Education) and commercial sales Willingness to travel throughout the state of Georgia Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent time management, organization skills, and attention to detail Strong communication skills both written and verbal Strong decision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking abilities Results-driven and detail-oriented Established credibility in interactions with customers and team members What Sets You Apart
