Hybrid . Location: Torrance, CA. Work Type: Onsite - 4 days a week. Travel: Yes (10% - ad hoc, as projects demand). Overtime: No. Salary range: $135k-$145k. Serve as WM systems Subject Matter Expert (SME) and support the Project Manager and/or Team Manager on various Parts Applications projects. Analyze business requirements and manage the completion of units of work completed by you and other team members. Handle units of work ranging from ~100 hour enhancements to large project contributions. Gather requirements, conduct functional and detailed analysis/design, testing (unit, integration, system, UAT), implementation, documentation, and warranty. Define architectural solutions to meet application requirements. Provide status updates to Project Manager/Lead as needed. Balance work distribution across analysis/design (30-40%), development (30-40%), and architectural solutions (20-40%). Work as WMS SME for the project and ensure delivery of required outcomes. Qualifications & Skills (Desired)
Functional expertise in WMS PKMS v2003. Technical expertise in AS400 technologies including RPG IV, CLI programming, and AS400 file/DB configuration. Strong understanding of retail ordering and warehouse business functions (experience in Auto Spare parts business preferred). Good understanding of MQ and FTP integrations. Ability to understand AS400 journals. Good communication skills. Experience with Aldon and DBU is a plus. Basic understanding of TMS functions is advantageous. Location Details: Torrance, CA.
