Founding Engineer
and help them transform how companies hire tech talent. They are building assessment tools that simulate real technical interviews, and you'll play a key role in scaling their platform during a period of rapid growth. You will work directly with their core team in NYC, taking ownership of projects and shipping features that impact how staffing firms evaluate and place technical talent. This is an opportunity to shape the future of our product from concept to completion, beyond just coding. TypeScript/JavaScript , and
SQL . Interest in or experience with
LLMs and AI systems
is a plus. Proven track record of ownership and project completion. Comfort with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced startup environment.
