Overview
The Brand Marketing Assistant, Content provides foundational support across both content operations and team administration for North America Marketing. This hybrid role supports the day-to-day content workflow and administrative functions, ensuring assets are organized, meetings are prepared, and timelines are met. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced marketing environment. This is a developmental role designed for an early-career professional with interest in brand marketing, creative operations, or content strategy. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with trafficking, QA, and content delivery across all placements for NA marketing channels for seasonal and gold star campaigns. Maintain trackers, end to end process calendars, and team documentation. Organize and manage internal file libraries and content archives. Support meeting coordination, note-taking, and action item follow-ups. Help route content for approvals and coordinate with cross-functional partners. Compile recap decks, shoot documentation, and seasonal reports Assist with ad hoc creative or operational projects across the team Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Exposure/experience in marketing, content, or creative environments. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite; familiarity with content or project management tools a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-starter with a team-oriented mindset and a desire to grow in the content field.
