Welcome Center Coordinator
Serve as Welcome Center Coordinator to support the functions of the Admissions Visitor Experience and prospective students by organizing personalized visit agendas. Provide individual visit planning and schedule coordination, schedule group visits for school groups and organizations, coordinate logistics and connect with faculty, staff, and students across campus to build schedules. Provide administrative support for the welcome center as needed. Serve as Welcome Center receptionist. Track and monitor visit registration numbers to forecast upcoming event needs. Manage visit logistics and provide related general office support including print material and office inventory. Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience): Associates degree with one to three years of related experience; working knowledge of software applications used to support office functions, and familiarity with internet resources required. Effective organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills required. Desirable Qualifications: Customer service experience, project management skills, and knowledge of Microsoft office applications desirable. Anticipated Pay Range: $22.50-$24.60/hour Special Conditions: Bargaining unit position, A probationary period may be required, Background Check required for this position.
