USI Insurance Services . Manage 20 to 40 mid-to-large sized Commercial Lines insurance accounts as the day-to-day client contact. Activities include marketing, coverage review, and assisting Sales and Account Executives. Responsibilities
Provide proactive, personalized support to Commercial Lines clients. Offer insurance technical expertise to clients and team members. Market and place client insurance renewals, prepare applications, analyze carrier quotes, and recommend programs. Manage renewals to prevent coverage lapses and negotiate with carriers. Process policies, endorsements, and audits. Support cross-selling initiatives and represent client interests in strategy meetings. Delegate administrative tasks and respond to underwriters promptly. Maintain accuracy in management systems and attend face-to-face meetings. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
3-5+ years in a Commercial Lines agency; college degree preferred. Strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance. Property & Casualty license required within 60 days of joining. Industry designations like ARM, CIC, CPCU preferred. Proficiency with internet programs, Microsoft Office, and knowledge of Sagitta/ImageRight is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment and stay informed on industry trends. This hybrid position is available in Woburn, Needham, or Chicopee. #J-18808-Ljbffr
